Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be delighted with your purchase!
In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is not exactly what you had expected and you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please let us know right away. Our info is on the Contact Us page.. All returns need to be in new condition without scuffs or wear. The interior boot box must also be in good condition when the boots are returned. Please ship your boots in the original shipping box or another box that protects your boot box.
Regular priced items Regular priced items and items 10-40% off may be returned or exchanged for full REFUND to your method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you wish to EXCHANGE and we have your item in stock, we will gladly ship the product to you as soon as the returned merchandise is received. If we are able to special order your boot, be aware that it may take up to 6-8 weeks. The customer is responsible for shipping costs, however, there are no extra handling fees.
Christmas gifts We realize this time of year items are being purchased as gifts to be given on Christmas. All returnable items purchased in the month of December as Christmas gifts must be back in our office by January 8th to be eligible for refund or exchange. Please call or email us as soon as you know the item is going to be returned so that we can pull the paper work and make notes on your order.
Sale items Items discounted 50% off or more are considered FINAL SALE and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please ask any questions you might have before you purchase sale merchandise so you will be sure the item will work for you. We also strongly suggest insuring your return for the full purchase price as Boot Mama cannot be liable for lost packages.
